Last updated: June 20, 2026
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Badi browser-based employee support service (the "Service"). By using the Service you are deemed to have accepted these terms.
1. Description of the Service
Badi is an AI-powered assistant that answers factory and workplace employees' questions about employment rights, HR policies, leave, pay and workplace safety in the browser. Answers are based on the documents your company uploads and on general legislation.
2. Important Notice — Not Legal Advice
The information provided by Badi is for general information purposes only and does not constitute binding legal, financial or medical advice. For your specific situation, consult your company's HR team or a qualified professional.
Emergencies: In emergencies such as a workplace accident, fire or injury, please notify your supervisor first and call 112 (emergency services in Türkiye) if needed. Badi is not an emergency hotline.
3. Acceptable Use
- You agree to use the Service only lawfully and for its intended purpose.
- You must not send misleading, defamatory, harassing or illegal content.
- You must not attempt to disrupt the Service through excessive use or abuse.

Badi makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of the information provided; however, AI-generated answers may contain errors. Badi cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is".
